Ashley Moen of Yulee holds her new son, Ky’von Eljonia Deleslie, who was the first baby born in Nassau County in 2018. He was born at Baptist Nassau at 1 a.m. Jan. 2, weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces and measuring 20 inches long.
