Hilliard Mayor Cris McConnell, Town Council President John Beasley and council candidate Kim Frey attend a candidate forum held by the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce in Hilliard Sept. 6. McConnell and Beasley are up for re-election and one other council seat is open. Absent from the forum were mayoral candidate Floyd Vanzant and council candidates Callie Kay Bishop, Robert Scully and Debra Sherwood.
