Scouts earn badges, welcome new scoutmaster

Callahan Boy Scout Troop 351 welcomes a new scoutmaster after holding the Scoutmaster Changeover Ceremony at the Court of Honor Oct. 11. After five years as scoutmaster, Kevin Webb turned over the reins of the troop to Gunnery Sergeant Tim Waltman (USMC, Retired). Outgoing scoutmaster Webb was awarded with a plaque by the troop and shared some words of wisdom with the boys. The troop also celebrated its recent hard work and successes by awarding the Scouts, who each earned six or seven merit badges this summer along with one advancement rank.
